The family of Limerick man Jason Corbett are preparing to bring his children home for his funeral.
He died in a domestic row earlier this month in North Carolina in the US and police say they're not looking for anyone outside the home in relation to his death.
A custody case over his two children, Jack and Sarah, was dismissed yesterday paving the way for the children to return to Ireland.
Their stepmother, Molly Martens, has been prevented from getting custody of them.
Speaking at her home in Limerick, Jason's mother Rita Corbett described the last phone call she had with her son.
