A coroner in the U.S. has ruled Carrie Fisher died from a combination of sleep apnoea and other factors.

The Star Wars actress passed away in December at the age of 60 - four days after she became unresponsive on a flight to LA.

Her death certificate had said she suffered a heart attack, but in a statement the coroner said the exact cause was unknown.
