Comedian Bill Cosby's been ordered to give evidence under oath over claims he sexually abused a 15 year-old girl in the 1970s.

The incident's alleged to have taken place at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles.

The US entertainer's facing accusations from more than 40 women - although he's never been charged.

Some claims have previously been settled out of court.
