British Prime Minister David Cameron's former head of communications, Andy Coulson has been jailed for 18 months for his part in phone hacking at the News of the World.
Coulson, who is a former editor at the now defunct paper was convicted last week.
Rebekah Brooks - who Coulson replaced at the News of World - was cleared of all charges.
Coulson could have been jailed for a maximum of 2 years.
Three other former journalists and ex-private investigator Glenn Mulcaire are also being sentenced this morning.
