A Dublin couple are appearing in court for failing to comply with orders to leave their rented property - which has now been repossessed.
Violet and Martin Coyne were evicted from the house on Luttrel Drive in Carpenterstown at 7.30 this morning - by officials from the Sheriff's office.
They had to leave the house - which they've rented for the last 15 years - in their night clothes and without shoes.
Receivers KPMG were appointed by ACC Bank to sell the property after the landlordÂ’s company went into receivership.
