20 sites have been identified by the Government as able to deliver 30 thousand homes in the short term -– in a bid to reduce the number of homeless people.

But development professionals think the target could be too ambitious.
The Society of Chartered Surveyors says building costs are still too high for many builders who struggle to access funding.
