The health minister has warned that cuts to HSE funding for next year will be the biggest challenge Ireland's health system has ever faced.
James Reilly says he'll do his best to make sure Ireland has a safe and efficient health system next year.
But he'll have to cut health spending by €666 million next year - which includes major cuts to medical cards.
