Students living in rural areas in this country are more likely to be cyberbullied than their urban peers.
That's according to data compiled by Ireland's study website, Studyclix, which also revealed that over half of all students claimed to be "addicted to their phone" with 49 per-cent admitting to checking it in class.
Wicklow fared the worst in the survey with 38 percent of children saying they had observed online bullying while Roscommon had the lowest figure on the list at 17 percent.
Dublin students reported a figure of 26 percent, Cork 28 percent
