Over seven thousand people will start the first leg of a one thousand kilometre cycle this morning - to raise awareness of suicide.
The 2016 Cycle Against Suicide departed from Dublin's Phoenix park at 10.15 and is expected to arrive in Navan around lunchtime.
The cycle is in its fourth year and takes place over 14 days, finishing up in Dublin on May 7th
Over 800 people die by suicide in Ireland each year and the message is 'it's OK not to feel OK'.
