A cyclist has been killed in a road accident in County Donegal.
The man, who was in his 40s, was hit by a van at Moneydarragh on the Redcastle to Gleneely road shortly after 9 this morning.
A second cyclist who was hurt in the incident was taken to Letterkenny General Hospital. His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The driver of the van escaped without harm.
The road is currently closed for a forensic exam at the scene.
