'Dad dancing' has been named the thing children find most embarrassing about their parents.
42 per cent of kids questioned in a survey said it made them cringe more than anything else.
Public displays of affection and using slang also featured on the list.

- Dad/mum dancing
- Public displays of affection - to children or with each other
- Using outdated slang and trying to join in with "youth speak" or "youthful lingo"
- Wearing age-inappropriate clothes
- Telling cringeworthy stories, anecdotes or baby stories
- Tidying up after children
- Joining social media and friending children
- Being useless at tech in general
- Talking about the facts of life
- Drinking too much
It seems that when we reach the age of 25 we stop learning new dance moves - so when you pull a few moves on the dance floor - sorry buddy they are wayyy out of date.

Parents also continue to confuse outdated slang such as "duh", "take a chill pill" and "as if" with modern day "youth speak", the survey found.
Its shows that children are most embarrassed by their parents at the age of 14.
