If you're a Dad and you want to embarrass your children - just dance.
A survey has revealed that Dad Dancing is the number one thing that leaves kids red faced.
Public displays of affection - using slang - joining social media - talkng about the facts of life and drinkng too much also made the list.
But it's busting some moves on the dancefloor that takes the number one spot.
2,000 children were surveyed for the research which was carried out by UK theme park Thorpe Park.
They've actually set up special 'dad dancing' areas in a bid to minimise embarrassment for children - they've even banned air guitar.
But some people believe the only way to deal with Dad Dancing is to embrace it.
I've been speaking to Rosie Heafford - who along with two of her friends - set up a project in the UK to encourage more people to dance with their dads.
