Two daughters in the US were left millions of dollars when their Dad - a rich property tycoon - died, but there's a catch.

Marlena and Victoria Laboz have inherited 10 million dollars each, but to earn the money, they have to follow their Dad's strict rules.

For example, if Marlena gets married, she can have half a million dollars - but only if there's a pre nup agreement.

She can get 750 thousand dollars if she graduates from ' an accredited university'.

And if the girls have children, they'll earn 3 per cent of the value of their trust, but only if the child is born in wedlock.

They can also have a yearly payout of three times the income on their tax return.
