Italy is holding a day of mourning for more than 300 African migrants who are thought to have died after a boat sank in the Mediterranean Sea.
Around 150 people were rescued from the boat, after it caught fire with some 500 people on board yesterday morning.
The Italian Government has appealed for Europe to help stem the influx of migrants.
