Dublin City Council meets this evening to debate the future of the controversial Poolbeg Incinerator.
The majority of city councillors oppose the multi million euro faciliity.
But they've no power to overturn the decision of the council chief executive to green light the project - which has cost over a 100 million euro so far. Speaking on the Last Word, Green Party Councillor said the facility will have a major negative impact:
