Fine Gael and Labour have given the clearest indication yet that a deal on water charges will NOT be reached tomorrow.
Ministers had been expected to put the finishing touches to the charges regime at a cabinet meeting tomorrow morning.
But this lunchtime Enda Kenny and Eamon Gilmore have suggested that more time could be needed to sign off on a system that both parties are happy with.
