Deficiencies in care have been identified at Portiuncula Hospital in Galway after two babies died and five others had oxygen deprivation.
A review into these cases identified a number of care issues at the hospital in Ballinasloe between February and November 2014.
The latest audits have found the corrective measures have been implemented successfully, including extra training and more senior supervision of staff.
In a statement, the group says it's satisfied there is no continuing concern for patient safety.
