People with disabilities say they are treated as second class citizens here.

Ireland and Finland are the only two European countries yet to ratify a UN Convention on Rights for those with Disabilities.

Newly appointed Minister for Disability Finian McGrath told a conference on the issue today it will be signed into law within 6 months.
