In the UK - a dad has been told he did break the law by taking his daughter out of school during term time for a holiday to Disney World.

Jon Platt refused to pay a €70 fine - claiming the trip was justified because his child had a good attendance record. 

Isle of Wight Council then appealed to the Supreme Court and won.
