A solicitor representing singer Dolores O'Riordan has asked a judge to strike out a case against her saying she was not in her right mind at the time.
Dramatic evidence has been heard at Ennis District Court about her arrest and detention off an Aer Lingus flight at Shannon Airport in November of last year.
The former Cranberries frontwoman admits assaulting two airport policemen and a Garda, and obstructing a Garda in the course of his duty, following an air rage incident.
