Companies which help their staff achieve a better work life balance are being praised.

Jobs site Glassdoor has released a list of companies which are treating their workers well. 

Flexible shifts, free breakfast, time off to volunteer and weekly fitness classes are just some of the incentives being offered.

Expedia has been singled out for setting new standards when it comes to looking for staff.

Google, American Express and Rolls Royce also get a mention for providing lots of perks - they include six weeks of paternity leave along with massages and music lessons.
