Drinking water for 700 thousand people is at risk of contamination unless water treatment is improved.
The Environment Protection Agency has particular concerns for 25 water supplies which arenÂ’t protected against Cryptosporidium.
3,600 remain on a boil water notice today, and will remain so til the end of the year.
