David Drumm's bail hearing set for today in Boston has been postponed until the 26th of October.
Drumm's Lawyer says she needs more time to prepare his case amid attempts to extradite him home to Ireland to face charges relating to his time in charge of Anglo Irish Bank.
The 48-year-old former CEO has been accused of 33 criminal acts - including counts of forgery and conspiracy to defraud dating from his time at the helm of the bank.
