The witness statement from former Anglo CEO David Drumm to the banking inquiry will be published today.
It's after the committee decided to reject his offer to be questioned by video link from the US where he now lives.
The statement will be used in questioning other witnesses, and those mentioned in it are expected to have a right of reply.
