Thousands of Dublin GAA fans have gathered on O'Connell Street in the city to welcome Sam Maguire back to the capital.

Dublin won the All-Ireland final yesterday, beating Kerry 12 points to 9.

The victory parade is now on its way to Parnell’s GAA Club - the home club of winning captain Stephen Cluxton.

Fans were cheering for Alan Brogan to commit to one more year with his county, but the forward said he's just delighted to see All-Ireland's coming back to Dublin.
