A leading economist is predicting that house prices in Dublin will grow by 10 per cent over the next two years.
Ronan Lyons says prices in the rest of the country will increase by less than 5 per cent during the same period.
He made the comments at the publication of the latest Housing Market Monitor from the Irish Banking Federation.
