Rent prices in Dublin are continuing to increase.

That's according to the latest stats from the property website DAFT.ie

The average rent in the capital is now 1,210 euro per month compared to 865 euro for the rest of the country.

Rents rose by almost 20 per cent in the past three years in Dublin - with only a two per cent increase in many rural areas since 2011.
