A garden shed to rent for almost 900 euro a month has been taken down from Daft.ie

The Drimnagh property, described as a studio apartment, was advertised earlier this week, but was withdrawn by the lettings agent this afternoon.

It comes at a time that rental properties are dearer than at the peak in 2008, and when fewer rentals are available.

The description says the "compact dwelling" is ideal for 1 person.

It adds "coming to the rental market in very good condition. The compact comfortable dwelling has a separate entrance and combines Kitchen/Living/Bedroom Area with Shower Room. Small storage area."

The advert lists the features as:

• Double glazed uPVC patio door and windows.
• Compact kitchen area including under-counter cabinets, 2-ring hob and microwave.
• Laminated flooring.
• Quality shower room.
• Separate entrance.
• Close to all public transport and red LUAS line
