Graham Dwyer has until close of business tomorrow to lodge an appeal against his conviction for the murder of childcare worker Elaine O'Hara in August 2012.
The 42-year-old architect from Kerrymount Close, Foxrock, County Dublin was sentenced to life in prison last month after a jury at the Central Criminal Court found him unanimously guilty.
Trial Judge Tony Hunt allowed 21 days to lodge an appeal, however Dwyer had not yet submitted appeal papers with the court authorities by Friday.
