Bob Dylan's been branded "impolite and arrogant" by a member of the panel that awarded him the Nobel Prize for Literature.

The 75-year-old hasn't responded to the Swedish Academy since it announced he would receive the award earlier this month.

Member Per Wastberg says the singer-songwriter's lack of reaction is predictable but disrespectful.
