Polls have closed in Austria's Presidential election and the early indications suggest a narrow lead for the leader of the far-right People's Party.

Support for Norbert Hofer has been boosted by concerns about immigration.

If elected, he'll become the first far-right president of a European country since the Second World War.

Postal votes will not be fully counted before Monday evening at the earliest.
