Scientists at NASA have discovered what they believe to be the most Earth-like planet yet.

Kepler 1-8-6 F is about the same size and has the potential to hold water - which is critical for life.

It's part of a five-planet system in the Milky Way orbiting a star slightly smaller than our own sun.
