Ebay has announced it's to split from Pay Pal next year.
eBay Inc has just issued a statement saying its Board of Directors approved the plan - subject to conditions.
Last June, the online payments firm PayPal said it was looking for 400 new staff, in addition to the 1000 positions it announced in 2012.
