A 76 year old man has appeared in court charged with a multitude of sexual offences over a 13 year period.
The man was arrested in Dublin this morning.
The court heard he replied 'no comment' to each of the 75 charges as they were put to him at Terenure Garda Station this morning.
He is accused of indecently assaulting ten boys at various locations between 1977 and 1990.
He appeared in court this afternoon wearing a blue shirt, navy V neck, a sports jacket and trousers following his arrest by members of the Sexual Crime Management Unit.
Gardai have no objections to bail but a number of conditions have been put in place including signing on weekly at Terenure Garda Station and surrendering his passport.
The book of evidence is due to be served on him on the 28th July.
