Elton John has dismissed suggestions that he groped and sexually harassed a bodyguard as "patently untrue".

Jeffrey Wenninger has filed a lawsuit in the US against the singer over allegations made between 2010 and 2014.

Lawyers for the star say the charges have been brought by a "disgruntled" former security officer, who wants an "undeserved payment."
