An emergency clean up operation is continuing in Limerick -- where unprecedented flooding has effected 2,000 people over a 350 km square area.
Three hundred homes in St Mary's Park have been worst hit.
The Minister for the Office of Public Works, Brian Hayes is to visit the city today where he will be lobbied by local politicians for emergency funding to help the worst affected areas.
