The Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke has said a tearful goodbye to his close friend Phillip Hughes at his funeral.

Around one thousand people attended the service, in his hometown of Macksville, with hundreds more watching on big screens outside.

The 25 year old died after a cricket ball hit him on the back of the neck last week.
