Enda Kenny says he has “no regrets at all” about appointing Alan Shatter as Minister for Justice.
The Taoiseach says the former minister’s achievements will “stand the test of time” - despite announcing an inquiry into allegations which led to his resignation.
The terms of reference for the inquiry into Maurice McCabe’s allegations of Garda misconduct were published today.
