The Taoiseach has been asked to personally intervene and stop 300 Dublin families from being evacuated from an apartment block in the docklands.
Residents at Longboat Quay have been told they'll face evacuation tomorrow, unless they can come up with 4 million euro for remedial building works.
In the Dáil, Enda Kenny's been asked to phone the developers of the complex, and ask them to pay for the emergency works.
The call came from Sinn Féin's Mary Lou McDonald - who said it wasn't fair that someone who bought a faulty product in a store could get a refund, but someone who bought a faulty property was left to foot their own bill for repairs.
