Enda Kenny has claimed that the government will not blow IrelandÂ’s economic recovery.
His comments come after an international think-tank warned against an increase in spending, and cuts to taxes, in next month's Budget.
The OECD says Ireland's 'robust' recovery could be put at risk if the extra leeway in the Budget is not used to tackle issues like unemployment and outstanding weaknesses in the banking sector.
