Forecasts for economic growth have been reduced slightly, according to the ESRI.

It's latest report predicts GDP will grow by 4.6 per cent this year - down slightly on the 4.8 per cent previously predicted - because of the slowdown and possibility of Britain leaving the EU.

Unemployment is expected to fall to 7.6 per cent by the end of this year.

It also shows economic growth is being driven more by domestic activity, rather than foreign trade.
