The EU is proposing new measures to fight tax avoidance by multinational countries.

Ireland is being investigated for possible sweetheart deals with Apple, and has been labelled a tax haven in the past.

The new rules would see the 28 member states share tax information on multinationals and create a blacklist of tax havens that don't comply.
