Greece says it won't discuss continuing its bailout programme - ahead of crunch talks with Eurozone Finance Ministers today.
Athens says it's done all it should to find a solution - after asking for a six month extension on its loans.
That request has been rejected by Germany - which says it's not a "substantial proposal for a solution".
Greece wants the extension to renegotiate the terms of its bailout - but won't accept more austerity on any bridging loan.
