Evidence is now underway in the fraud trial of a former solicitor accused of forging documents to make it look like he owned his clients homes.
Thomas Byrne with an address at Mountjoy Square, Dublin denies 51 charges including the alleged theft of over 50 million euro from 6 financial institutions.
This morning, the prosecution finished a lengthy opening address to the jury.
