The family of a US journalist, who died in a rocket attack in Syria, is suing the country's government.

Marie Colvin, who worked for The Sunday Times, was killed while reporting on the siege of Homs in 2012.

The lawsuit accuses the President and his government of a conspiracy to 'assassinate journalists' and describes her death as a war-crime.
