Farmers are not ruling out further protests at meat factories in a row over beef prices.

Members of the Irish Farmers Association are taking part in a 48 hour demonstration, which began yesterday, at 14 plants around the country.

Meat Industry Ireland says the protests are unacceptable and will damage Ireland's reputation.
