Farmers in West Cork say they'll stage more protests outside the Agriculture Minister's constituency office until the issue of the "land parcel identification review" is dealt with.
The controversial system uses aerial photographs and high precision satellite images to identify which parts of a farmers land are deemed unsuitable for farming.
Farmers then have to exclude from their single-farm-payment application, all ineligible features - such as scrub, roadways, forests, and lakes.
Around 100 famers protested today outside Simon Coveney's constituency office in Carrigaline.
National Chairman of the ICSA Dermot Kelleher said the system doesn't make sense.
