The head of the FBI has recommended that no charges be brought against Hillary Clinton for using a private email server while Secretary of State.
But James Comey says the Bureau's investigation found Clinton and her aides were 'extremely careless' in handling classified information.
This brings to an end the year-long investigation into Clinton's use of private email - which has plagued the presidential campaign of the presumptive Democratic nominee.
Mr. Comey says Mrs Clinton was not found to have intentionally broken the law, so a prosecution would likely fail;

Donald Trump, Clinton's expected rival in the US presidential election, was quick to react;
The system is rigged. General Petraeus got in trouble for far less. Very very unfair! As usual, bad judgment.
