A suicide car bomber has killed at least 100 people on the outskirts of the Syrian city of Aleppo.

The attacker drove an aid supply van full of explosives into a convoy of buses.

They were carrying residents, including children, away from besieged villages in the north of the country.

Colm O'Gorman of Amnesty International says the attack targeted the most vulnerable.
