If you are a female shift worker who does long hours you are most at risk of work related stress, anxiety and depression.
That's according to a ten year study by the ESRI.
It found 50 per cent of work related illnesses relate to physical health such as muscle and bone problems.
18 per cent suffer problems with mental health issues.

Women are most at risk and those aged from 35 - 54 years.
The report also found work related illnesses peaked during the Celtic Tiger - and eased during the recession.
Susan Keogh has been speaking to author of the report Helen Russell from the ESRI.
